Terms and Conditions Acceptance

BrushStore is a division of the Clow Group Ltd. Use of the BrushStore website, brushstore.co.uk, indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. No part of these Terms and Conditions affects your statutary rights as a consumer.

How to Buy

2Buying on our website is easy and straightforward. Please browse the site and add any items you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, just click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

If you prefer not to order online you can contact us directly to place your order or enquiry - please telephone 0141 554 6272. Customers in the Republic of Ireland please contact our Belfast Depot on 04890 749 748. Overseas customers please contact our Export Division on +44 (0) 141 554 6272.

Our Sales Team will be delighted to hear from you and happy to help with any queries or questions you have. We have a wealth of experience in the use and application of all types of brushes, tools and decorating equipment and are more than happy to provide any advice and assistance we can in choosing the correct equipment.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order placed on the brushstore.co.uk website. Order acceptance is confirmed when we send a full VAT invoice to the invoice/delivery address. This invoice is sent separately by post at the time of despatch. This term is included in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. E&OE.


Shipping And Handling

Our intention is to keep our delivery costs simple, straightforward and to an absolute minimum...

Orders up to £150.00 (excl. VAT) carriage £7.50

Orders over £150.00 (excl. VAT) carriage free

Goods are despatched on our Standard Delivery Service which is a 2 - 3 Day Delivery Service.

If you require a next-day or same-day delivery please contact us to make these arrangements.


Delivery Schedule

Where possible, we always endeavour to ship your orders the same day they are received.

We hold stock on the vast majority of our products. We will always keep you up to date on your order's progress - if we are unable to meet your requirements we are happy to revise your order as required.

You must inform us in writing within 48 hours if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.


Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will place the item on back order for you. We will always contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and both VAT inclusive and VAT exclusive prices are shown. The VAT Rate charged for UK orders is 20% VAT.

Online orders are currently accepted for delivery within mainland UK only. We accept payment by credit and debit card and accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Solo. UK users outwith the UK mainland, (eg. Islands), please contact us to place an order and arrange delivery. For customers in the Republic of Ireland please contact our Belfast Office on 04890 749748. For orders outwith the UK and Ireland please contact our Export Division on +44 (0) 141 554 6272.

We endeavour to provide products of the highest quality together with the best service we can provide. All our products are supplied with a full 12 month warranty. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service or any product purchased from Ladders-Direct let us know immediately and we will do all we can to rectify and resolve any issues you may have.

There is no requirement to provide any personal information in order to view this website, however personal information is required if users place an online order. Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
